This class helps fascia hydrate and glide which can help reduce pain and muscle soreness allowing your body to move more freely.
Using a foam roller, Pilates ball and 2 prickle balls to help the nervous system.
Equipment available to use, please bring your own mat.

Great classes, fun but effective. Eileen is extremely knowledgeable and makes the classes open to all abilities.
From Yoga to Aerobics, Pilates to Step, all of Eileen's classes are fun and engaging. Eileen caters for all abilities and does so with enthusiasm and a smile. Yes, yes!
Trigger point Pilates. I love this class as I have a weakness in my lower back and laying on the foam roller has helped so much. At the end I always feel relaxed and stretched.

My husband, Paul, started Eileen's' classes ten years ago after being told to quit running due to chronic injuries. Apart from the fun, variety and quality of the classes, it is the evolution of the classes, e.g. adding new techniques within disciplines, or new disciplines to try, such as Barre, Trigger Point, and even Strutology, that keeps him coming back. The outcome, for him, is he is back running after all this time, which he says is a direct result of Eileen’s ever evolving classes.
