My name is Eileen, I have been a Group Exercise Fitness Instructor since 1997.
Over the years, I have increased my knowledge and training and now provide a range of classes from Aerobics, Step, Zumba Dance, Salsa Aerobics, LBT to Pilates, Yoga and Trigger Point Pilates.
My goal is to help people to release stress, regain focus, relieve tension, boost mood and encourage relaxation after daily challenges whether from work, home or personal.
I have been running my local community classes since 1998 and since Covid have an online group.
Outside of fitness, I like walking in the countryside and like to go travelling around the UK in our converted Campervan and our 2 dogs, I am also learning "Freestyle" which I call dog dancing with my youngest dog.
